What results do we expect?
  • Accounting for the current partner base (50% of employment) means operational management of partnerships;

  • BizDev (50% of the time) - developing and scaling partnerships, building long-term relationships, participating in negotiations, attracting new partners;

  • Cross-team communication with the affiliate team: working with affiliate team requests;

  • Representing the company at conferences, exhibitions, and meetups;

  • R&D activities (as part of business development): searching for new clients and developing them.

What hard skills are required?
  • 1+ years of experience as an Advertiser/Account/Business Development Manager in affiliate marketing in the igaming niche;

  • Experience working in a CPA network (a big plus) or in a media buying company in a similar position;

  • Understanding of the specifics of working with Tier 1-3 markets;

  • Intermediate or higher level of English;

  • Basic understanding of traffic types: Fb+webview, FB+pwa, PPC Search/Discovery, ASO, UAC, email, SEO;

  • Understanding of S2S technology;

  • In-depth understanding of the basics of performance marketing metrics (CR, EPC, etc.) and igaming terms (wager, baseline, mindep);

  • Experience working with the CPA model;

  • Sales & Negotiation skills.

What would be an advantage?
  • Experience with RS/Hybrid payment models;

  • Experience working with well-known market players, knowledge of their characteristics;

  • Experience attending conferences;

  • Understanding of the interface and features of popular tracking platforms: Affilka, NetRefer, Income Access, etc.;

  • Experience working with the CPA model.
