Vortex is a performance marketing company that specializes in iGaming and Online Dating verticals. Now we’re looking for a Lead Affiliate Manager (iGaming) to join our great team.

What you will do:
  • Creating and executing development strategy for the department;

  • Team management: planning the department's structure, participating in the hiring process, setting KPIs for the team and each of its members, as well as developing and training team members;

  • Building and optimizing operational processes in the team;

  • Analysis: Evaluation and analysis of the team's performance and financial metrics;

  • Fin Management: Control of financial reporting processes and debts;

  • Business Development: Identification of new markets, identification of market trends, analysis of competitors, involvement in scaling current TOP partnerships, identification of team growth points, assistance in attracting and supporting new partnerships.

What is important to us:
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and 6+ months of experience working as Affiliate Team Lead / Head of Affiliates in iGaming;

  • In-depth understanding of the iGaming business from the perspective of affiliate marketing;

  • Knowledge and experience with the main metrics (CTR, CR, ROI, EPC) and tools (affise, keitaro, binom);

  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English;

  • Strategic and analytical thinking;

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;

  • Initiative and result oriented.

What would be a plus:
  • A networking and contact database in the industry;

  • Experience of participating in international and local conferences.
