What results do we expect?
  • Developing strategies for driving traffic through Facebook to gambling offers (Tier 1/2/3 GEO);

  • Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns;

  • Managing advertising budgets, distribution, and control of execution according to ROI/ROAS;

  • Leadership and mentoring of media buyers: training, stimulating growth, evaluating effectiveness;

  • Testing new creatives, audiences, and targeting formats;

  • Preparation of regular reports, analysis of key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROI);

  • Monitoring of market trends and competitors.

What hard skills are required?
  • 2+ years of experience as a Senior Media Buyer, experience in the gambling niche;

  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook traffic sources and all aspects of the workflow;

  • Understanding of trends and development of ideas for different geos;

  • Ability to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;

  • Experience working with tier1, tier2, tier3;

  • Understanding of how to build relationships working with the CPA model;

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;

  • Management of budgets from $100k+/month;

  • Analytics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM indicators; ability to analyze data;

  • Skills in creating and testing creatives;

  • Experience with trackers and analytical tools.
